This week I finished reading the Expanse book series and the Expanse TV show almost simultaneously. I’m sad to see the TV show go, as they didn’t finish out all 9 novels. But I think they stopped at a good point, before a 30-year time jump. I think the show left it open for more seasons, but that’s probably unlikely.
I think the TV landscape will be a bit poorer without a gritty space opera like the Expanse.
